Jason Muzychenko

With over 23 years of hospitality construction experience, Jason contributes his expansive knowledge to hotel projects of all types.  The best-practice skills he developed while serving as Vice President of FDR Construction and VP of Operations for Chaston Construction are integrated into Hospitality One Construction, the company he developed in 2014.  With hospitality experience in both the United States and Canada, Jason delivers a wealth of capability and has assembled a first-rate team.

Amy Wellman

Amy has over 20 years of experience in hotel construction. She serves as the Contract Administrator, overseeing all contract documentation for ownership, subcontractors and suppliers.  Amy has considerable experience all across the United States and has worked with all major brands, ownership groups, architecture and design firms, and national suppliers.  She is well versed in all aspects of project coordination, as well as pre-construction bidding and project management.

 

Gail Alsobrook

As a former Director of FF&E for TynanGroup, Inc., Gail brings a combination of project management experience and operations expertise to HOC. She focuses on hotel renovations and new construction.  She is skilled in oversight and coordination of the project from budgeting and design development through final completion.  Gail possesses practical understanding of the impact of renovations on guest perception and operational issues and has interacted with all levels of hotel administration and management on construction and renovation projects.

 

John Arguello

John brings 28 years of experience as an onsite manager for property maintenance, tenant improvements, and hotel renovations to HOC. His recent projects include Embassy Suites Bloomington MN, Doubletree Karlan San Diego, Hilton Long Beach, Doubletree Norwalk, Embassy Suites Monterey, and Crowne Plaza Union City. As a former marine, John’s background brings added value to the organization, professionalism, and leadership to his projects.

 

Jim Huddgins

HOC is pleased to add Jim, with his wealth of construction management, to our team. He has parlayed a BS in business management and Masters in education to his construction-management success. Jim worked for Marriott Hotels as a project manager and as a superintendent for hotel construction. A representative sample of his numerous past projects include the Marriott Marquis Atlanta, Doubletree Dallas, Marriott Crab Tree Raleigh NC, and Marriott Renaissance in Washington DC. The budget total for each of Jim’s past projects ranged from $1-million to $500-million.
