We offer services to support owners, architects, and engineers from the nexus of a project.  Preconstruction is crucial to getting your project on the correct path to allow for minimal room displacement and maximum design impact.  Our services include, but are not limited to the following:

  • PIP Budgeting - We will walk your site with you and review all items included on the PIP to determine the cost associated with each line item, the industry standard for the work, and the brand's expectations.

  • Scope Development - We can assist in producing the best scope of work to create the biggest design impact for the best value.

  • Field Verification - We can provide measurements and exploratory demolition to provide architects and engineers with the correct existing site conditions.

  • Scheduling - Working with your hotel management we can produce a schedule that will provide the quickest project completion with minimal revenue loss.

  • Value Engineering - Being able to change the scope of work or materials selected to match a desired cost is done with a long history of project cost analysis.


HOC partners with select procurement companies to provide purchasing from single design elements to complete buy out of all FF&E items.  All of the companies we work with have alliances with all major suppliers and some that are unique to just themselves.  We can also provide:

  • Warehousing - Our network of highly rated warehousing companies are experts in hotel renovation.  Most offer automated ordering and client portals.

  • Model Room Installation - Should the need arise to check a design, we can install a model room and provide that cost at the production level if awarded the project.

  • Soft Renovation - Anything from a simple bed exchange to carpet replacement are scopes that are not too small. 

  • Site delivery Coordination - Hotel staff is busy running your property.  We can provide onsite staff to receive, store and count deliveries for later installations.

  • Owner Sub Supervision - Should you have subcontractors that need direction or quality control.  We have staff that can work with your sub and hotel staff to allow for a coordinated, correct, installation

Renovation and Installation

When construction begins we provide complete project management of all aspects of the work, and for the complete duration.  Our staff has hundreds of years of combined experience in the hotel construction industry.  We provide the following:

  • Full-Service General Contracting - We can provide a solution for every CSI code.  Our teams are nationwide and have the hospitality experience required.

  • Full-Time Onsite Supervision - All projects will have someone onsite that ownership can contact for any reason day or night.  This provides you with the comfort that your best interests are being supported.

  • Site Controls - Keeping your property clean and safe minimize ownership exposure to risk

  • Schedule Coordination - We provide a day to day room impact schedule so losses can be minimized as much as possible.

  • Reporting - Every aspect of the project is controlled with Procore Construction software.  Owners, Architects, Project Managers all have a level of access to all project documentation and daily reporting.

  • Quality Control - Every aspect of each project is reviewed and compared to industry standards and design intent.

  • Punch List - Completing the project and making sure that everything is completed and corrected is our priority.
